This guide assumes that you are using a Microsoft Exchange E-mail account. If you are using a personal / free account, then it is likely that you are not using Exchange.

If you have been granted delegate access and often reply to e-mails on behalf of someone else, you may want to add their mailbox to your account for quick access.

Following this simple instructions will allow you to open another users inbox and reply to e-mails received by that user.
